Interior

Interior walls and ceilings are sanded and all nail pops, cracks and other imperfections are repaired.

All trim is sanded prior to painting to ensure proper adhesion of top coats. All exterior surfaces are first power washed to remove all dirt, mildew and chalkiness. All exterior surfaces are sanded and scraped to remove all loose paint.

Restoration

The restoration process is a very time consuming and laborious process. However, the finished product is something to be extremely proud of, by both the contractor and the homeowner alike. All surfaces are sanded thoroughly to remove years and years of paint. Some areas are stripped of paint sown to the bare wood using environmentally friendly technologies. Clean up is very important, due to the likelihood of lead based paints. Removal of all materials is performed with strict attention to safety guidelines. All surfaces will be primed and receive two coats of finish paints. All work is done with the highest quality in mind.

Deck Refinishing

We can make your aged and weathered deck look like it did the day it was built. With the use of environmentally friendly cleaners, all dirt, mildew and weathering are removed to leave a clean and fresh surface. Common wood species cleaned are pressure treated, cedar and pine. Special treatments for exotic hardwoods, such as teak, mahogany, ipe, etc. are also available. We use latex and oil-based stains to achieve a multitude of different appearances
